Programs

Children’s Aid Society offers a wide range of services to serve its mission of improving the lives of children and families.

The Adoption program offers a full range of services to prospective families in central and western Pennsylvania. 

Our Foster Care program secures caring adults willing to provide nurturance, stability, and safety for children who are in the child welfare system. 

Our Child Care Center provides child care from ages 6 weeks to sixth grade.

Two Pre-K Counts classrooms totaling 28 children receive the benefits of full-day preschool, free of charge, 180 days each year.

Parents as Teachers supports healthy child development by supporting parents. The program is free to families with children from pregnancy through age 5.  

The Nurturing Parenting Program strengthens families by giving parents and children tools needed to make a happy home life. 

Relationship Education offers free workshops that teach the tools needed to establish, build and maintain successful relationships.

Triple P aims to promote children’s development and manage behaviors and emotions in a constructive and non-hurtful way. 

 Youth Mentoring matches mentors with children who need or want a caring, responsible adult in their lives.
