Our agency provides professional services throughout central Pennsylvania through many different program areas including:

- Child Care & Early Learning
- Youth Mentoring
- Family Support Services
Our mission is to “identify and provide services to improve the lives of children and their families.”
We have been serving local families since 1890 and last year, our services helped 1,059 children and adults.
