The Adoption Program of Children’s Aid Society began providing adoption services in 1985 and currently operates as a full-service adoption agency, providing services to individuals and families in all stages of the adoption process throughout central Pennsylvania. Our Adoption Program is an affiliate of the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN).
